The Role - Executive Assistant for CEO Salary - £47k per annum + company vehicleLocation - MotherwellHours - 8.30-5.30 Monday to FridayOffice Angels Glasgow have a newly released opportunity for an established EA to support the Chairman of this professional organisation. We want to talk to individuals who currently feel under-utilised and possibly no longer challenged within their current working environment. We need a commitment to this fast-paced role during the working hours above (and very occasionally out of hours).The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a high-pressure environment at the most senior level. Working alongside the CEO you will -* Often be expected to attend meetings on the CEOs behalf * Ensure CEO is fully prepared ahead of meetings including briefing and paperwork * Regularly carrying out personal confidential duties * Handling the administration for all insurance claims in the business* Fleet and fuel management administration* Review and management of incoming emails and communications.* Preparation of professional responses as appropriate and call screening* Organising travel including hotels, private transfers, flights, itineraries and obtaining relevant visas for travel* Minute takingThe ideal candidate -* Proven experience of supporting an Executive Director /CEO in a senior EA/PA role for several years within a highly commercial fast-paced environment is essential* Should possess excellent interpersonal skills* Will display high levels of initiative, proactivity and attention to detail * Will be a strong communicator with excellent personal presentation * Demonstrate planning, organisational and prioritisation skills leading to the production of high-quality work* Effectively manage time each day * Have both confidence and drive with an approachable and enthusiastic manner* Steady and resilient under pressure* High proficiency level with MS Office applications e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essentialThe role will provide exciting opportunities such as being involved in new business project meetings across the UK, dealing with company Managers and Directors along with engagement with subcontractors.It is important to note that the role will also involve all administrative tasks required to run a successful managed business such as diary management, fleet and fuel administration and arranging both meetings and travel.Please contact Victoria in confidence to discuss your application and the raft of company benefits attached to this role.Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
