Job Description

Working within the Quality Team driving manufacturing efficiency improvements through challenging existing processes and implementing value added solutions.Client DetailsAn international, well established organisation.Description

  • Lead the design of manufacturing by defining the equipment and tools specifications, and the related technical specifications
  • Develop and implement tools for calculating and monitoring to facilitate the process of quoting and real cost calculation.
  • Lead the creation and update of Value Stream Maps
  • Develop and maintain process and standard work instructions & training packages
  • Lead the Engineering Change Control process
  • Facilitate the R&D to Operations handover process
  • Use analytical problem-solving tools to help develop robust solutions to address any Quality issues identified and ensure their implementation into the manufacturing process
  • Develop and maintain APQP documents such as PFMEA, flow charts, etc.
  • Develop Preventive Maintenance and spare parts plan for equipment
  • Support continuous improvement activities to address safety, cost, quality, and productivity for the assigned manufacturing lines
Profile
  • Minimum of 4-5 years experience in a similar role in the manufacturing/engineering industry
  • Degree qualified in a applicable engineering discipline is preferred
  • Six sigma qualification.
