Job Description

Our client are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join the IT team of a major brand. The successful candidate will be someone who has experience of working in an IT service desk environment.The role will involve providing technical support to hardware and software IT systems. Working with other IT team members to implement new technology and improve IT systems.The Person

  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • IT Service Desk experience
  • Experience with troubleshooting common IT issues
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
