Job Description

OverviewCustomer Success ManagerExciting, fun and supportive biotech! Great place to work - very diverse and talented team with sustainable growth plans.As Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will have the opportunity to create long-term, trusting relationships with customers to ensure that the company has access to quality projects aligned with the companys direction. You will collaborate with internaland external stakeholders to successfully meet order and performance targets and promote customer loyalty.Role ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact to assigned accounts during onboarding, any project discussions, problem solving and proactive support throughout the projects lifecycles to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Developing healthy customer relationships with assigned portfolio of clients
  • Researching within the assigned clients who meet the companys ideal customer profile (ICP), identifying key employees, decision makers and new opportunities
  • Maintaining, expanding and constantly improving prospect database
  • Within the assigned accounts, source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails and inbound lead follow-up
  • Qualifying and routing new opportunities to the appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating with Marketing, R&D and Operations to identify growth opportunities within current accounts
Person SpecificationEssential skills will include:
  • A BSc/MSc/PhD level degree in life sciences
  • Previous experience in a customer service or project management position
  • Goal-oriented, creative professional who is motivated to deliver success for both the individual and the wider team
  • Friendly, affable and confident in talking to strangers
  • Able to see the big picture and translate this to meaningful decisions/actions
  • An excellent communicator and able to foster relationships externally and internally at all levels within the business
