We also do a lot of charity and social events through the year.APPLICATION PROCESS:Email your CVTeams InterviewOfferABOUT THE COMPANY:This working for a well respected insurance companyDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Review case history on file assignments while liaising with other departments as required to establish where liability for the accident rests and investigate the validity of third party claims.Ensure a relevant level of technical understanding with continuous development and learning.Updating the claims system with clear and accurate records of progress on the claim, leaving diary messages for any next steps and timeframesManage all aspects of third party vehicle damage and third party property damage claims presented by a third party directly or via solicitors, insurers and accident management companiesOffer The company intervention services to non fault third parties where appropriateHandle all aspects of credit hire claims as a Non ABI GTA InsurerAssess cases for prospects of success at litigationAssess complex files i.e. liability, high value etc for prospects of successSpot insurer, handling agent and defendant solicitors trends and tactics to assist in the departmental handling of third party claimsEnsure collective targets are attained, specifically in relation to controlling indemnity spendProvide excellent customer serviceDevelop organisational and time management skillsManage own workload including hitting KPIs with PH and non PH communicationDeliver world class service under the guidance of The companyPlan and execute strategic initiatives to agreed timelinesDrive, develop, monitor and train yourself to perform at the best of your abilities.Undertake any individual or team task or activity reasonably requested and in line with the company valuesIDEAL EXPERIENCE:Over 3 years credit hire claims handling experience with at least 5 years in a motor claims related roleKnowledge of the ABI GTA and how to deal with credit hire claims outside of the GTA guidelinesGood knowledge of credit hire caselaw and its application in the day to day handling of credit hire claimsQualificationsSecondary education or equivalent with demonstrable ability in numeracy skills and written English"credit hire" OR claims or "ABI" or "GTA"
