Care Co-ordinatorBased in MotherwellSalary - £21,000paAt SCRT we are recruiting for a passionate and professional Care Coordinatorto join a highly reputable, established and rapidly expanding Domiciliary, Reablement, Crisis and Extra Care, Care Business.As a Care Coordinator, you will use your excellent communication and leadership skills to build relationships with our carers, clients and families. With this role comes high pressured duties where you are often required to think fast and use your own initiative. First being, dealing with emergency calls from various sectors including service users, care staff, GP’s, Local health Services and other emergency services. This is where your prioritising and customer care skills come into play.You will be the first point of contact where you are required to prioritise calls, take essential details, give advice, make decisions about how to handle the situation and logging the information onto a IT system. You are expected to answer calls within a predetermined timeframe and deal with calls enquiries both promptly and professionally, as well as taking part in the On Call services that may be required. This is where your excellent IT skills and multi-tasking skills will help you to fulfil your duties.This is a full time permanent position, with a fantastic company who promote within and encourage their staff to reach their full potential.
