We are seeking a highly motivated registered learning disabilities or mental health nurse committed to working with individuals who present challenging behaviour and or mental health problems within an inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude to working with people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour and experience of working effectively within a multi-disciplinary environment. The candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to collect and analyse data and plan support in line with the principles of Positive Behavioural Support and Active Support.
