Information Services are key to the smooth running of our IT services and operate throughout Northumberland. We assist colleagues in providing help and assistance in areassuch as technical help. We are always looking to improve our service and assist our customers via telephone calls, Remote assistance and technical know-how sessions. The role If you are a person who loves to help others and enjoy learning on the job whilst building your career, then we would love to hear from you! This role sits in the Information Services team, where your main role will be to assist fellow colleagues, handlingqueries whilst learning on the job skills to provide technical support. We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, and flexible individuals who are wanting to kickstart their career through an Apprenticeship to help us provide the best service to our customers. You dont need any former experience, just good communication skillsand the willingness to learn new skills to help you in your day to day role. Youll find yourself in a supported training environment with other apprentices, Studying a Level 3 apprenticeship in ICT. This means youll be learning the skills you need to succeed in your career, whilst receiving support from colleagues, apprentices, andteam managers all whilst receiving a wage. Our Apprenticeships are structured training programmes which give you the opportunity to gain on the job experience whilst working towards a recognised apprenticeship standard. They help you gain the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your chosen industry.Getting into employment earlier means theres lots of potential for you to progress in your career quickly.
