The role will involve being the main point of contactfor Council Tax payers who contact the team with a broad range of enquiries.You will be involved in all aspects of Council Tax administration. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise workloads, work under pressure to deadlines with conflicting demands and deal confidently with a full range of requests responding in a mature and courteousmanner in sometimes difficult situations. You must have a good general level of education demonstrating numeracy and literacy, NVQ Level 2 standard or equivalent.
