Job Description

Service Desk Analyst - £300 - £400 per dayA brand new and urgent contract role has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst who has previous experience of Windows 2016 O/s, Windows 10, Office 365 and installing a wide variety of software and devices to join this local governing body. The successful ServiceDesk Analyst will also be providing day to day general support to the wider business for all IT related issues. This is an on-site role meaning you will need to head into the Morden office 5 days a week.Having excellent Windows / Office knowledge and having a good understanding of working within the public sector is a big bonus but not essential. As the Service Desk Analyst, it is necessary to be a confident communicator and that you are well organised asyou will be dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.This public sector organisation is going through a large scale digital transformation and this role will play a crucial role as part of this.
