Job Description

Title: Part-Time Teacher Position for Children with PMLDMy client school are looking for a teacher to teach small groups with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) located in Morden. We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced teacher to join our team on a part-time basis.Role and Responsibilities:

  • The teacher will work on MON, WED, and THUR from 8.30 am till 4 pm (not negotiable).
  • The teacher will need to start as soon as possible or by summer.
  • The right person will be responsible for handover and planning for the return phase for the child who has physical needs.
  • The teacher will need to have experience or a qualification in teaching children.
Requirements:
  • A degree in education or a relevant qualification in teaching is required.
  • Experience working with children with PMLD is highly desirable, not a must
  • Passion and dedication to work with children with special needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
