Our client is seeking a multi skilled office administrator, ideally on a temp - perm basis. This role will involve spending time in several departments, becoming knowledgeable in that department’s systems and processes before moving to the next.Primary responsibilities will include. Using the company system, simPRO, to carry out the following:o Raise quoteso Raise jobs / contractso Process purchase / works orderso Book in purchase / works orderso Run reportsUsing MS Office programs effectively and confidently to create communications, reports, etc.o Wordo Excelo OutlookCommunicating confidently and professionally with clients and suppliers and colleagues.An ability to work under pressure in a lively and vibrant office environment.Able to work independently once trainedYou will live within a commutable distance of Morden and be numerate, and articulate as well as professional. You will have experience of working in an office environment and ideally experience of working within an engineering/service industry. You willbe fully conversant with Microsoft office.
