Data Manager - £55,000 to £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits - Fully RemoteA very exciting client of ours are looking to embark on a large transformation piece involved the delivery of a new data warehouse, polies, tools and standards and are looking to hire a Data Project Lead and a Data Management Lead to assist with this.This role will initially be remote and once offices are open again you will be working in the South West London office with flexible working available.Over the last few years, the business has considerably grown and the pandemic had very little impact on them. They are investing large amounts of money into the business to allow them to continue growing so the successful Data Manager will have a great chanceto work for a stable, secure and growing organisation who are looking at adopting the latest technologies such as Snowflake.Both Data Manager roles will be responsible for reviewing all of the data assets within the business, creating a strategy to improve the quality of the data, standardise all of the data, promote data protection compliance, work with Architects to guide solutiondesigns. Define data governance and ensure this is followed. The Data Project Lead will be primarily focused on the data for the transformation piece and ensuring the solutions align whilst the Data Management Lead will have a more strategic overview workingclose with the department head.It is key that both Data Managers ensure that the governance and compliance requirements are met as it will enable the business to meet its regulatory requirements and allow the organisation to make more informed decisions.Key Skills - Data Manager:
