Role Outline:- Make initial contact with clients to explain the financial assesment process and answer any questions they may have about the whole social services process, not just financial assessment.- Liaise with the social workers to discuss complex cases or to find out whether clients will be receiving chareable services.- Case note telephone conversation on team software- Send of FA pack via post/email
