Job Description

My client, who is an award-winning creative digital agency, are looking for an SEO Manager to join their team and work with a range of well-known international brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 3 years SEO experience, in houseor agency, to take the next step in their career and help build my clients SEO department. My client is offering flexible working with a 50/50 office and remote working structure.Responsibilities

  • Analysing websites and data to create client SEO strategies.
  • Developing a solid understanding of our clients products or services.
  • Completing keyword research and making recommendations.
  • Carrying out structure, content and link audits (using the relevant tools).
  • Making technical SEO changes and liaising with content and dev teams where required to implement improvements.
  • Planning and scheduling work with the support from the account management team.
  • In regular contact with clients to update them on progress, including meetings, calls, and presentations.
  • Managing client budgets - both time and financial.
  • Creating reports demonstrating work completed and the results achieved.
Skills and experience
  • Minimum of three years SEO experience (ideally technical SEO).
  • Experience in being able to clearly and concisely explain complicated topics to clients and team members, so that they understand the value and rationale of SEO.
  • Solid understanding of the core principles of SEO and a passion for keeping up to date with industry developments.
  • Knowledge and experience in identifying and implementing UX improvements to sites to improve conversion rates.
  • Competent and expertise with industry tools (for example: Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, Search Console, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, AWR, Ahrefs, etc).
