Marks Sattin are currently working with a Manufacturing company with over 100 years of heritage based in Mirfield for the role of Purchase Ledger! This role is temporary cover for a period of 12 months to cover maternity.They could consider candidates who are looking to gain experience within Accounts! There is also a chance of permanent for this position. The company boast beautiful offices close to Mirfield train station and can offer hybrid working (2 days from home per week). The company are also looking to pay up to £26,000 for this role.Responsibilities include:* Process Accounts Payable invoices ensuring all invoices are processed accurately in a timely manner.* Aid resolution of Supplier invoices, escalating queries as required* Supplier statement reconciliations and chasing copy invoices* Liaising with Budget holders to follow up approvals and PO management* Balance Sheet Reconciliations* Basic Journal posting* Use of the finance and ERP systems to investigate queries* Intercompany invoice posting* Supporting Accounts Receivable Function during high workload periods* Invoice balance reporting to senior managementPlease apply if this is of interest or contact !
