Job Description

Marks Sattin are currently working with a Manufacturing company with over 100 years of heritage based in Mirfield for the role of Purchase Ledger! This role is temporary cover for a period of 12 months to cover maternity.The company boast beautiful offices close to Mirfield train station and can offer hybrid working (2 days from home per week). The company are also looking to pay up to £25,000 for this role.Responsibilities include:To provide support to all areas of the Purchase ledger department, entering supplier invoices onto the database ensuring they are paid within the company terms.Responsibilities

  • Statement Recs
  • Following up Supplier queries and payments
  • Liaising with Budget holders to follow up approvals and PO management
  • Chasing copy invoices
  • Accounts inbox maintenance
  • Intercompany invoice posting
  • Complex invoice posting
  • Invoice balance reporting to senior management
  • Use of supplier portals to collect copy invoices
  • Other general duties to assist Finance Department.
