Job Description

Infrastructure Support Analyst £26,000 Dewsbury (2 days working from home)This is a brilliant opportunity to join an organisation who going through a phase of infrastructure transformation and have excellent plans with IT being at the forefront of the business plans. You will be supporting the IT Manager in overseeing the technicaldepartment and ensuring the efficient running of day-to-day IT systems, infrastructure, operations, and support.Benefits:

Experience required:
  • Experience ensuring the efficient running of day-to-day IT systems, infrastructure, operations, and support.
  • Hands-on technical experience implementing and maintaining systems.
  • Carry out projects
  • Leading experience with Physical, Virtual and Network configuration.
  • Methodology: Agile Delivery, ITIL
Technical knowledge & hands-on experience with:
  • Virtualisation: VMWare
  • Network Infrastructure: LAN / WAN
  • Windows Server 2008 - 2019
  • Exchange / Office 365
  • Knowledge and experience with Cloud Tech
  • Understanding of Unified Comms / Telephony
