Client DetailsPage Personnel are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading global manufacturer based in Mirfield on the appointment of a new Customer Service ManagerDescription
  • Oversight and responsibility for incoming customer orders and ensuring accurate use of SAP
  • Communicate service issues to allocated customers within the orderbook, ensuring corrective action is taken
  • Build strong working relationships with key customers
  • Provide strong leadership to the customer services team - 5fte including regular training, development and 1-2-1s
  • Work collaboratively with the internal supply chain to maximise service levels for customers
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure ways of working are best appropriate and provide best outcomes for customers
  • Reconciliation of debit notes
  • Undertake continuous improvement activities across the function
Profile
  • Experience in a similar customer service / supply chain role
  • People management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • SAP knowledge - desirable
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Negotiation skills
