Electrical Test Engineer£25k- £30k per year + benefitsMildenhall, SuffolkServe Talent have partnered with a successful Engineering business to recruit an Electrical Panel Test Engineer for their manufacturing facility based in Mildenhall, Suffolk.The company themselves are very well established and specialise in the manufacture of low voltage distribution boards/switchboards, enclosed starters, control panels, motor control centres and purpose-built bespoke panels.What youll be doingYou will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive test on all products, recording test results accurately, ensuring each product meets the quality standard and specific test parameters requested by the customer and/or project manager.Youll also fault-find failures to component level/root cause. record findings accurately, and conduct acceptance testing with customers present. Ensure all testing is completed on time and to the production schedule and provide necessary documentation fortest procedures.Your skills/experience:A good working knowledge of both analogue and digital circuitry and experience with power supply circuitry. Ideally some experience when it comes to Quality and Continuous improvement too.Youll also have an analytical and logical mind to help with solving problems, good communication skills for liaising with other staff and, on occasion, customers. Good practical skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail, organisational skillsto enable you to plan and coordinate resources and to remain calm under pressure, as you will be required to work to deadlines.If you have the skills and experience required and would like to be considered, apply now!
