Senior Infrastructure Engineer - HYBRID roleWe have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Infrastructure Engineer that has an excellent attention to detail and a strong team player that can communicate well with all levels of staff.As the Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will help drive the business forward by working on projects that bring efficiencies and benefits. You would be providing day-to-day maintenance of the existing systems while working as an escalation point for thesupport team.Responsibilities: Research, manage and deliver projects relating to the business infrastructure Monitor, maintain and improve our existing systems as required by the business. To act as an escalation point to the Support team. Manage and resolve any incidents, including liaising with 3rd party providers to ensure efficient resolution of issues. Comply to and enforce the policies and procedures as dictated by local and group IT Management.
