BI Developer£45,000 - £65,000Middlesex/Home BasedI am working with a Global organisation with around 4000 users who is looking for a BI Developer with skills with SAP Data Services. This new role within the Business Analytics team is a great opportunity for a data orientated, analytically minded and ambitious BI Developer to apply your exceptional problem solving skills and knowledge of best practice solution implementation to support the delivery of high quality analytical outputs.The BI Developer will be a data enthusiast with a talent for development, who is naturally motivated and excited by the potential of data and possesses the skills and experience to unlock that potential.The successful BI Developer will play a critical role in maximising the use of existing data sources, and building new robust solutions to meet the data demands of the business. The scope of this role to positively impact the business , forming a key connection between the wider group and other functional data initiatives with potential to influence data strategy through defined deliverables and formulation of new ideas.You will have a range of responsibilities centred on designing, developing, testing and documenting numerous reporting data sets from multiple data sources. You should feel at home navigating complex data sets and designing user friendly output views to aid discussion and exploration of potential solutions. Building data quality and exception reporting as part of the delivery of any new data sets should be second nature, with an eye on supporting the evolution of the businesses data culture through creating visibility and focus those areas that require attention. Front end reporting tools include Tableau, Business Objects and Excel connecting to MS SQL DB, SnowFlake cloud DB, utilising SAP DS and FiveTran ETL tools.Key responsibilities and accountabilities
