Job Description

Welding & Painting Inspector

  • Location: North East England.
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Excellent rates: £400-£450 per day
We are currently recruiting for an international contractor who designs and builds offshore wind farms across Europe.As the Welding and Painting Inspector will oversee the subcontractor who will be fabricating containers for offshore substation projects in the UK. The key duties will be inspection of Welding & painting activities in accordance with Master ITP and contract requirements. Ideally we are looking for someone who has:
  • CSWIP level 3.1or 3.2.2 Welding Engineer
  • If level 3.1, candidates should have radiographic interpretation certificates
  • NACE/CSWIP/FROSIO/ICOR painting tickets.
