Job Description

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Water Hygeine Surveyor for a national housing association. The role is mostly home based, with travel to site and occasional office meetings required, and pays £36,779 per annum pro rata, plus a £1,250 carallowance.The role:

  • Manage the delivery of the regional / national water hygiene servicing / testing / remedials programmes to our homes and offices
  • Ensure all aspects of the regional / national contracts are performance managed to ensure KPIs are monitored and accurately measured against
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor all budgetary aspects of the water hygiene and remedial programme
  • Review current and future water hygiene testing programme to manage risk of non-compliance through delivery of contracts
  • Implement quality control systems for inspection and maintenance of water hygiene within homes and offices
  • Review, and make recommendations for changes to policies & procedures and technologies beneficial in the monitoring and auditing of water hygiene safety to ensure customer safety
The person:
  • HNC in a related construction subject or relevant experience
  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating in addition to 3 years direct post related experience
  • Qualified in Legionella Risk Assessments
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
