As a company that provides our clients with bespoke products, we will enable your estimation career through a variety of projects.The RoleAs a Junior Estimator, you will play an integral role in the company and with our support and guidance you will produce accurate quotes for work and maintaining effective pricing.Supporting the Sales team by providing accurate and timely project quotes, you will help us forge robust relationships with both clients and suppliers ensuring our long-term growth.Specifically, within this role you will:- Estimate and cost new schemes at the pre-construction phase- Produce estimates for vetted projects- Maintain systems including records of price fluctuations and loading schemes- Report KPIs every week- Manage data within GDPR guidelinesAbout YouAs a Junior Estimator, you will need:- Experience in an estimating role- Great analytical skills, including advanced Excel skills- The ability to explain complex technical drawings in a clear manner- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) grade AC- Full driving licenceExperience working within the construction industry would be beneficial but not essential, as would any accompanying construction or surveying courses or training.Other companies might call this position Assistant Estimator, Graduate Estimator, Junior Quantity Surveyor, Trainee Construction Estimator, or Trainee Construction Planner.Webrecruit and Logic Manufacturing Bespoke are equal opportunities employers, value diversity and are strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
