Job Description

Procure Recruitment Group are actively recruiting for an outgoing and motivated telesales account manager to join our clients busy and proactive team.The sky is the limit in terms of the growth opportunities for you some benefits include:

Duties-
  • Managing a portfolio of customers and growing those accounts over time
  • Exploring new expansion opportunities through gap analysis
  • Answering customer enquiries through means of telephone calls and emails
  • Offering high levels of customer service to further cement the customer relationship
  • Compiling quotations for customers
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Maintaining excellent sales and reporting records
  • Continuing to learn more about the customer, the market and the competition
