Job Description

Adkins & Cheurfi Recruitment are currently recruiting a Smart Repair Technician for a premier vehicle bodywork and SMART repair specialist in Middlesbrough.Job Title: Smart Repair TechnicianSalary: £27k + cash back health schemeJOB PURPOSE: To ensure the delivery of high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs to customers of Vehicle SMART in Teesside and surrounding areas. To deliver technical and customer service standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of vehicles for cosmetic repair
  • Repairing minor panel damage/bumper scuffs/alloy wheels
  • Filling/sanding/spraying/lacquering/Polishing
  • Panel replacement
  • Crash damage / insurance repair work
  • Providing Outstanding Customer service
  • Working autonomously and completing paperwork/admin/invoices as required by manage
SKILLS REQUIRED:The ideal candidate will hold a full driving licence and should be:
  • Hardworking
  • Flexible/adaptable
  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Have a positive personality and work well individually or as a team.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous experience of spraying/working in a SMART Repair or Body shop environment is essential.
