Role: Technical ConsultantLocation: Middlesborough Salary: £45,000 + uncapped OTEBenefits

  • Someone with a strong technical background - you will need to discuss technical issues with senior clients and have the ability to spot opportunities for improving systems and procedures.
  • You do not need experience in a previous account management or consultation role - all you need is the desire to move into a consultative & client-facing role.
  • Someone ideally with experience of planning and managing the delivery of technical projects in line with client expectations.
  • A wide breadth of knowledge in IT infrastructures & networks is essential as you will need to maximise your clients use of all services offered:

Your duties will include the following:
  • Be the go-to-guy for your client for any matters specific to them
  • Building strong and genuine rapport with your designated clients, being someone they know and trust
  • Following procedure by conducting regular reviews with your clients
  • Plan, oversee and sign off projects for delivery to your client base
  • Ensuring that solutions and products for your clients are delivered on time and within budget
