The school consists of a core teamof the Head of School, four teachers, and three support staff. About you:
  • Teachers - to hold, or be willing to work towards, QTS/QTLS
  • Tutors - to have a degree or equivalent and be willing to work towards a teaching qualification.
  • Proven track record of raising attainment, supporting behavioural challenges and demonstrating high levels of pastoral care.
  • Enthusiastic about alternative education methodologies
  • A commitment to holistic student development
