An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Staircase Fitter to join their team on a Temporary toPermanent basis.This opportunity as a Staircase Fitter gives you the chance to work with one of the most respected companies in the North-East. They offer not only an excellent package, but more importantly in todays world, job security.The Staircase Fitter role will be joining a small fitting team, attending client’s premises and fitting staircases to the client specifications.Your primary responsibility is to read and follow design drawings, taking pride in your work.Main Duties:• Work as part of a small team to install architectural staircases using timber materials.• Conform to the latest health & safety & employment legislation, you will act responsibly and safely at all times to promote a positive safety culture• Read and understand the contents of relevant risk assessments and safe systems of work• Careful and concise work, taking pride in accuracy and attention to detail• Ensuring all work is completed in line with approved drawings and specifications and meeting or exceeding the customer’s quality expectations• Problem solving /working using own initiative• To undertake any reasonable tasks requested by your supervisor/company managementRole Requirements:
