Acorn Recruitment is hiring an experienced Service Improvement Partner in the Middlesborough area on behalf of their Health Board client. The successful candidate will have experience with service improvement, cost improvement and project management. The Service Improvement Partner will be someone who is financially literate, with excellent communication and influencing skills, and is confidentand has a proactive approach. Role Summary:* Development of improvement plans (cost improvements and service/quality/safety/efficiency improvements), including the identification of schemes and improvements. * Support with the governance and assurance processes to work up and monitor schemes and improvement plans (workbooks, project plans, milestones, QEIAs, reporting etc) * Overview / understanding of workstreams and improvement programmes, to highlight relationships between pieces of work, connecting scheme and project leads, unblocking issues and delays, and facilitating involvement of the appropriate clinical and corporateteams. This could include co-ordinating areas to expedite delivery (for example running task and finish groups) * Delivery of discrete pieces of improvement work or supporting areas to deliver improvements. * Implement appropriate improvement methodology, including agreeing outcomes and measuring improvements. * Project / programme manage specific improvements or improvement programmes. Essential Skills:* The candidate should have a first level degree or equivalent experience and project /programme management qualification.
