Central Employment are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading and established Digital Marketing Agency in the North East. Due to new client SEO contract win’s, they’re currently seeking a progressive SEO Executive based from thereTeesside offices. SEO Executive job profile: We are in search of a dedicated SEO Executive who possesses a strong passion for staying updated on the ever evolving SEO landscape. As an SEO Executive, you will work collaboratively with our SEO team to implement effective strategies aimed at achievingexceptional organic results for our clients.This role involves exploring new SEO tactics, crafting innovative approaches, and employing the latest techniques as part of our holistic SEO service. As an SEO Executive, you will have a solid understanding of various facets of search engine optimisation,including Content, Technical SEO, Strategy, and Outreach & PR.Responsibilities of the SEO Executive:As an SEO Executive, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to improving client rankings, driving website traffic, and enhancing revenue/conversions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about SEO and capable of taking ownership of clientperformance in a dynamic environment.Your key tasks and duties will include:

• Conducting regular SEO audits to identify performance issues and recommend improvements for both existing and potential clients.
• Assisting in the creation and execution of SEO strategies designed to achieve substantial growth for our clients.
• Participating in essential strategic activities, such as keyword research and website analysis, to uncover organic opportunities.
• Collaborating with clients’ web designers and developers to implement on-page and technical solutions as needed.
• Assisting with content creation as part of a growth-oriented content strategy.
• Engaging in Digital PR & Outreach activities to support link-building and content marketing efforts that provide clients a competitive edge.
• Contributing to the identification and execution of key technical SEO tasks aimed at site improvement and overall SEO strategy enhancement.
• Playing a pivotal role in the evolution of client success reporting.
• Working closely with the Head of SEO and team members to enhance our SEO services
• Pursuing continuous professional development to stay updated and grow personally.
• Utilising reporting tools like Google Looker Studio to deliver monthly campaign progress reports.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proficiency in SEO Tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, GTMetrix and Ahrefs.
• Competency in using Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, and Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with multiple CMS platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, and Magento.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee sub-team tasks, promote teamwork, and deliver client work on time and within budget.
• Experience with complex and enterprise level sites/clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and confidence.
• Attention to detail, including impeccable spelling and grammar.
• Self-motivation and excellent organisational skills.
• Passion for personal growth and development.
