You must be an experienced, talented, ambitious and driven Consultant or Team Leader with the desire to grow your business and progress your career.Our ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years experience, have a record of hitting targets and developing business. Experience of recruiting engineering personnel within the Energy sector is preferred or alternatively a strong desire to learn and grow within this exciting industry. Working with Clients throughout the UK from a Northeast base which will be at the heart of the renewables revolution, you will be given the opportunity to build and develop a team of industry experts.You will be provided with regular career development meetings with our highly successful and effective Head of Talent who will carefully guide you through your training, reviews and promotions, offering you the opportunity to progress in the fastest timeframe possible - its all in your hands, directed and implemented by you!
