A great opportunity to elevate your career prospects.Thursday - Sunday Nights 1800 - 060012 hour shiftsOvertime availableOur Security Officers will have the duty of:

  • Search of equipment and manual search techniques, in order to ensure that no prohibited articles are taken through the Port
  • Vehicle Search and Freight Search
  • Controlling of access into the Terminals
  • Read and adhere to security notices, completing documentation clearly and concisely on any incidents that may have occurred.
  • Responding to and assisting with emergency situations.
  • Carry out patrols of the areas to ensure that these locations are secure.
  • Attending to and investigating reports of incidents.
Essential Skills Requirements of Security Officer:
  • SIA Licence
  • The right to work in the UK and a 5-year checkable history
