Job Description

Working for a successful Manufacturing company, this is an exciting role for an experienced Sales Management Professional to carry out Transformational change to drive improvement within an established sales teamReporting to Director level you will drive improvements in service excellence, & operational standards through the analysis, development and implementation of existing and new business processes.Within this role you will have the opportunity to effect change and development within Sales, Customer Service and Operations. Your key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Evaluating existing sales business processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification.
  • Identify Sales process challenges by analysing process data and metrics.
  • Coordinating Sales process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop Sales process workflow and design in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate training programs on new processes as needed.
  • Monitor and measure the benefits of post process implementation.
  • Analysing and monitoring implemented changes to business
  • Revising and updating sales procedures and policies when necessary.
  • Promote the implementation of best sales practice
  • In addition to this the company is looking to implement Salesforce as their CRM and you will drive its implementation and use it to analyse pipeline data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement sales improvements. You will also maintain and update all the sales related reports for reference purposes, develop in-depth knowledge of the organization’s sales functions and products, present progress reports and integration feedback.The successful candidate will be a Senior Sales Managment Professional with experience within the Electronics Manufacturing sector, preferably within the power sector. You will need exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, have a passion for Sales transformation and strong change management skills. You will need the ability to inspire, encourage and support others to apply their skills and effort to critical tasks and outcomes and analyse and resolve problems as they arise.You will ideally have a Bachelors degree in business management, project management, or in a related field and a background in Electronics Manufacturing.
