REED in Teesside are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a Middlesbrough based Estate Agents on a full time, permanent basis.Alongside a fantastic base salary of up to £24,000 you will also be entitled to uncapped OTE.Benefits:Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 per annum + bonusHolidays: 28 days per year including bank holidaysChildcare vouchersWorking 9–5 Monday to Friday however you may be required to work outside these hours depending on business needs with either time-off during the week or overtime paid.My client are looking for someone who has the experience and can hit the ground running from day 1! You will have theexpertise in the complete end to end cycle of property sales and management, understand property sales, estate agency and the process of conveyance in the UK property market.Duties include:· Accountable for the sales process from valuation request to completion· Carry outvaluations and increase listings· Update all interested parties in conveyancing matters· Build strong relationships with Clients, Developers and Solicitors· Deal with all queries promptly and efficiently, and ensure deadlines are met· Deliver exceptional customer service· Accurately update all activity onto CRM system· Support the business property lettings management activitiesThe successful candidate will have:· Previous experience in a sales negotiator role / estate agency background· Knowledge of property sales, property investment, lettings and conveyance· Organised, with a high level of attention to detail· Excellent communicator· Must hold a driving licence for the role - Use of ashared pool car will be provided for general business use.
