Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading firm based in Stokesley, who is currently seeking a Residential Lettings Manager. You will operate between two offices, being responsible for a strong portfolio.As the Residential Lettings Manager your duties will include:

  • Handle communications with Contractors, Tenants and Landlords
  • Liaise and arrange any maintenance issues
  • Carry out inspections and handle rent arrears
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
  • Provide advice
  • Build relationships with Tenants and Landlords
  • Handle relevant documentation and deposit disputes
  • Deal with queries, meet deadlines and provide good customer service
What we are looking for:
  • Property experience (essential)
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
  • A knowledge of Lettings
  • A personable individual who can communicate well on all levels
  • The ability to prioritise tasks
  • A keen eye for detail with strong IT skills
  • Professional, with the ability to work well as a team
As the successful Residential Lettings Manager you will receive salary up to £24,000 per annum, plus a generous benefits package, working Monday to Friday.
