Job Description

Parkhouse Bell are delighted to be working in exclusive partnership with Triage’, one of the UK’s leading providers of employability and skills training. Triage are recruiting for a Relationship & Stakeholder Manager to join their growing team to support the delivery of an exciting new employability programme across the Tees Valley region, which will support individuals on their career journeys to secure sustainable, lasting employment.Experience working in the welfare to work/employability sector is an advantage but if you are people-driven and have previous experience developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships within an outcome / target-based environment we would love to hear from you!The Role:The Realtionship & Stakeholder Manager is responsible for identifying and building relationships with relevant local services to ensure employability programmes are aligned and fully integrated with local provision e.g. IAPT, drug and alcohol services etc. The role will play an important part in both the development and implementation of local stakeholder engagement strategy.Responsibilities:

  • Contacting local stakeholders to build relationships and provide access to their services.
  • Liaise with Performance Managers and local operational teams to assess the needs of our participant caseloads, identifying any gaps.
  • Researching, identifying and engaging new providers who can address gaps identified.
  • Provide clear, up to date and accessible information to enable our operational teams to identify and access appropriate support for their caseload.
  • Engaging with stakeholders across the geographical patch, through regular face-to-face and telephone contact.
  • Acting as the key contact for providers, ensuring queries on referrals or on any aspect of partnership working are resolved.
  • Manage and monitor Specialist & Integration Partners against agreed quality and/or performance KPIs as agreed in their SLAs.
  • Supporting local operational team with accessing and gaining information from partner services, responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Attending and pro-actively inputting into quarterly strategy meetings.
  • Contributing to and delivering the objectives of the Triage Stakeholder Engagement Strategy.
  • Capturing contact and progress with stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner on our CRM system.
  • Representing Triage in Partnership at local Boards/Forums/Meetings.
  • Effective networking and building awareness of local strategic priorities to identify local or regional business development opportunities.
