Job Description

Job Title: Regional Manager - FM Cleaning Multi-SiteSalary: Up to £37,000 DOE + company car, laptop, and smartphoneLocation: To cover North East, West Yorkshire & part of ScotlandOur client is a leading multi service provider in the UK Facilities Sector who continue to achieve outstanding growth.As a result, they are now looking to recruit a new position of Regional Cleaning Manager. The role will cover several multi-site locations including Leeds, Teesside & part of ScotlandIdeal candidates will live in the Teesside areaKey responsibilities will include: -

  • Responsible for the effective management of Site Managers & the Cleaning Team
  • Create and develop effective long-term relationships with clients, through regular contact
  • To lead, motivate and develop people identifying individual needs, setting objectives, and evaluating performance for all the team
  • To ensure all HR policies, procedures and guidance are followed.
  • To facilitate the required equipment, consumables, and chemicals orders
  • Regularly audit and review the client contract
  • To ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to
  • Manage financial performance on materials, equipment, and labour
  • Lead the team with inspiration, enthusiasm and by example
Candidate’s background & experience: -
  • Proven experience in managing large multi-site cleaning teams
  • Is customer focussed’, IT Literate, and a confident user of Excel, Word, and Email.
  • A multi-site management background, within cleaning in a Retail / Hospitality / Leisure/ fast paced environment
  • Able to successfully manage several priorities
