You will be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions within client organisations. Working with a range of clients within the construction industry you will build relationships to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. Primarily you will be servicing existing clients, however there will be an element of sales involved in the role. You will be responsible for writing engaging job adverts and posting on our job board web platform as well as using other media to attract suitable candidates, deliver exceptional customer service to clients and candidates as well as keeping all records up to date in the CRM system. You will complete all telephone screens and face to face/ what’s app video registrations with candidates ensuring they are suitable for the job role. You will be speaking withclientsdaily, andvisiting their premiseson a regular basis so yourown transportis essential.You willhave at least 1 year’s experience within a recruitment agency role within the construction sector (trades and labour ideally). You must be able to work under pressure within a challenging environment with an excellent eye for detail to complete compliance checks to meet legal requirements. Excellent IT skills are required to perform successfully in this role with previous MS Office knowledge and CRM experience. You must beflexible, with the ability to multi task in a reactive and fast paced environment.
