Having grown throughout the pandemic and with a strong orderbook, they are now looking to bring in an Quantity Surveyor into their growing team.Within this role you will be responsible for managing the costs of construction projects to ensure that the project is completed within projected budget and as economically as possible. Your responsibilities will include; forecast and price the project costs;review and prepare tender documents; ensuring that payment for applications are made within agreed time frame; procure services of sub-contractors; track any changes to the construction work as well as adjusting the project costs; Liaise with clients and allother construction professionals working on the project.This role would therefore suite an ambitious individual with Quantity Surveyor experience within the construction industry who are looking to progress their carrier. You will have experience in negotiating NEC contracts as well as a broad knowledge of contractuallaw.
