You will be based from home covering the North East and will be expected to travel around your region when required to gather information andsupport the Investment Delivery Team.As a Project Support Coordinator you will be responsible for the preparation of all supporting documentation including specifications, any planning or building control permissions, party wall notices, the procurement of contractors and ensuring compliancewith CDM Regulations for planned investment programmes . You will also be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of the Places for People Affordable Housing specification to ensure works meet the required performance and quality standards.Please note: A supporting statement explaining why you would best fit the role is required to be shortlisted for this position.For more information, please download our job profile available on our website.More about you To be successful in this role you will need to have sound knowledge of building regulations, planning processes, delivering investment programmes and building performance/construction.
