Project Coordinator (Hybrid, Progression to Project Manager)£30,000-£35,000 + Progression + Training + Hybrid + Car + Bonus + Company BenefitsMiddlesbroughAre you a Project Coordinator or similar looking for the next exciting step in your career, within a specialist building consultancy that offers a flexible hybrid working and a bonus to boost earningsOn offer is the opportunity to join a well-established commercial building fabrics specialist, providing preventative and reactive maintenance across the North Yorkshire area.You will oversee multiple commercial projects from the starting client meeting right through to competition. Managing subcontracts and quality checking work completed to make sure the clients expectations are met. This position is a split between officeand site-based work with the option for working from home and flexibility regarding hours.This role would suit a Project Coordinator or similar looking to step up a Project Manager position with hybrid and flexible working options.The Role:
