We stand by our word and the trust of others.Company: Global Distributor of chemicals & ingredients used in everyday productsWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join our Middlesbrough team.Reporting to the Production Team Lead, you will safely and accurately load, unload, pick and store goods.Key Responsibilities:+ Ensuring that MHE is properly presented and operated+ When trained, be able to follow work instructions / production orders with good attention to detail & understanding.+ When trained, fully understand the production processes and waste effluent for the area..+ When trained, be able to offload & load bulk road tankers.+ Ensuring the correct completion of documentation+ Being compliant to all policies, procedures and legislative requirements+ Inspecting Returned Stock for external appearance, date of manufacture and evidence of internal contamination+ Cooperating on all matters concerned with health, safety, training, legislation and the environmentWe Are Looking For:+ Previous experience of manufacturing / chemical handling is preferred+ Good communication skills+ Excellent attention to detail+ Able to work without supervision when required+ An FLT licence for both Reach and Counterbalance is desirable but not essentialWho we are:With revenues in excess of $9 billion, Univar Solutions is one of the largest chemical distribution businesses in the world.
