You will work with an agreed base of existing customers and proactively target new customers, whilst also working in partnership with the EarthOil Sourcing Team on core products withinthe portfolio.You might be fresh out of university with a flair for sales and a great telephone manner or perhaps already have a little sales experience. Either way, this is a perfect opportunity for someone who is keen to learn and develop in the world of sales.Key responsibilities:+ Creating and converting a credible pipeline by identifying new business opportunities+ Profiling and selling to new markets + Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and customers+ Implementing price movements where required by the company or market conditions+ Promoting and following up of all samples supplied by the company in a timely manner+ Delivering sustainable & ongoing growth vs yearly budgets+ Controlling customer sales attrition, growing trading customers and delivering on spot sales+ Achieving call rates+ Updating and maintaining Salesforce (CRM sales tool) + Updating and Maintaining Q (Pricing tool)About you:+ Passionate about selling with a desire to be successful+ Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and with customers+ Willingness to learn to be a highly skilled salesperson+ Able to work effectively within all levels of the organisation+ Flexible with a positive attitude towards teamwork + Organised and able to prioritise with effective time management skills+ Proficient at handling multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy & attention to detail+ Ability, desire & motivation to support and work as ‘one team’+ A Business degree would be beneficial but not essentialWhat we can offer you:You’ll get 33 days annual leave per year and can buy or sell days too.
