The CompanyThis is a Family owned group of Companies. As a Group they have been dealing with Property Management (both UK commercial and residential properties as well as Dubai Properties) and IT Services (Internet Services and Phone Services) for over 30 years. They offer a fully client based serviced approach to investing in properties. They acquire properties from the open market, renovate them to a set standard and specification, pass them onto the lettings department for maintenance and management and then resellto investors.The Role:We are looking for an experienced plasterer to work mainly on full property refurbishments.You will take ownership of work, aiming for First time Fix on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters. You will also operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements ofyour skill areas. Typical work will comprise of empty properties that require full refurbishment.As a skilled operative, you will be expected to have a multitude of skills to enable you to perform your tasks. We will expect the candidate to have a background in either plumbing and joinery skills. Roofing, plum and plastering are desirable skills.The Ideal Candidate:We are looking for someone who can show initiative, can communicate well with colleagues and customers and completes jobs to a good standard. All applicants must have a valid driving license, own van and tools.This is the ideal position for someone who has been self-employed now looking for a full-time permanent role. The individual must be proactive and able to identify issues quickly and remedy effectively.You must be practical and capable of producing consistent high-quality work where needed and completing general building and maintenance tasks efficiently.We are looking for someone who can show initiative, can communicate well with colleagues and customers and completes jobs to a good standard.
