Are you a highly organised Office Manager experienced with implementing processes, but looking for something moreAre you someone who would take pleasure in making a positive impact in a small family-run businessYoull really make a difference, streamlining processes and supporting the Managing Director with the efficient running of the office and finance functions.About the companyYoull be joining a successful profitable family business established in 1995, based at their Middlesbrough office, close to the town centre and public transport links.Youll be supporting the North Easts history and heritage by joining a successful manufacturing business, recycling end-of-life products to supply the steel industry.Youll be working 100% from their modern office which has a warm and friendly feel to it.So whats in it for you.....Youll support the Managing Director with the day-to-day running of the office, so youll need to be highly organised.In addition to this, youll work proactively overseeing the busy office, constantly thinking of ways to help and be more effective or more efficient at work.The role will also involve general office management and ad hoc administrative tasks so you must be flexible to turn your hand to what is needed, whether that be managing the accounting processes or organising vehicles coming in and out. You will have experienceof bank reconciliations and ideally have a good understanding of Sage accounting packages.Youll have some experience of working as an office manager but it will be your passion for making your workplace better for everyone - whether that be through great organisation, value-adding administration, or seeing and implementing solutions which willmake you successful.You will work a shorter than average 35-hour week and be entitled to 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
