Are you highly organised, experienced with assisting directors, but looking for something moreAre you someone who would relish the idea of making a positive impact on the worldAs office manager for Green Lithium Refining Limited, you will be part of something special.Youll really make a difference, contributing to something that will be of environmental benefit to the world.We are a rapidly growing team and are now looking for a talented organiser to enable the business to move forwards. This is a rare opportunity to get involved in the emerging green energy market and to be instrumental in our future prior to constructioncommencing.Youll be fully remote until the site is built and then youll likely be on site four days a week, but in the meantime, there is a temporary office that you could work from if you wish.Green Lithium recognises that we all need flexibility in our working hours, so if you have an exercise class you like to attend or family commitments you need to work around, youll be able to manage your own time to get the job done.Youll get 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and an extra day to celebrate your birthday.About the companyGreen Lithium believes the electric revolution is key in reducing the carbon emissions that harm our environment, contributing to climate change. Securing the supply and refining capability of lithium chemicals is a vital step in enabling the electric revolutionand this is where Green Lithium steps in.We are on an exciting journey to build the UKs first large-scale lithium chemicals refinery, right here in the North-East of England. Once operational, the refinery will employ 250 local, highly skilled people.The refinery is recognised by the Government as a nationally important strategic development as it supports the Critical Minerals Strategy and will significantly strengthen the UKs position in the global battery metals supply chain.Green Lithium actively seeks to recruit people from all walks of life as we fundamentally believe a diverse, inclusive workforce builds the most creative and talented teams.What youll do and what youll needYoull support the CEO and potentially other Directors with diary management, and travel and accommodation arrangements for the whole team, so youll need to be highly organised.In addition to this, youll work to proactively organise the team, constantly thinking of ways to help busy people be happier or more effective or more efficient at work.The role will also involve general office management and ad hoc administrative tasks so you must be flexible to turning your hand to what is needed, whether that be ordering IT equipment and setting up IT for new starters, providing full administrative supportfor board meetings or indeed researching and setting up possible new office locations.Youll have some experience of working in an internal co-ordination, PA or office management type role but it will be your passion for making your workplace better for everyone - whether that be through great organisation, value-adding administration, orseeing and implementing solutions which no one else does - which will make you successful.With your excellent communication skills, youll deal with people at all levels of the organisation.And youre not afraid to get your hands dirty, put a hard hat on and get involved on-site.A passion for sustainability and wanting to do the best for the planet will help you to fit into the culture and ethos of the company.Now is the time to join Green Lithium on this exciting journey.
