Are you committed to providing excellent patient care in a nurturing and supportive environmentThe Band 4 Nurse Associate will work as an active member of the multi-disciplinary team and have responsibility for their own practice and behaviour. They will be allocated their own caseload of patients each shift and will be expected to work independently, holistically assessing patients’ needs, planning and prioritising their workload and implementing evidence based care, evaluating the outcomes of care under the minimal supervision of the registered nurse.Experience in Colorectal surgery is not essential as training and support will be provided.
