Working a rotation shift pattern, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with approximately one in three Saturdays, including some Bank Holidays - but we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.Salary: £21,450 per annum with clear career progression upon reaching training milestonesWorking at AXA:AXA Retail helps people live the life they love, knowing we’ve got their back, at home and on the road. Following this youll make it happen by being simple and fast inproactively recording their claim in accordance with our concepts and procedures.You’ll receive a comprehensive 8-week onsite induction & academy from our specialist trainers to set you up for success in your new role. We’ll also provide you with a Career Development Framework that is reviewed every six months for two years with yourmanager, giving you clear career progression. Full training and support you need to make a difference, no matter the stage of your career. Once youre up to speed in your new job, theres also the chance to study for a professional Chartered Institute of Insurers(CII) qualification, paid for and supported by AXA.What you’ll be doing:Joining us as a Customer Motor Claims Handler on our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team, you’ll be an essential member of the team helping our customers over the phone, by handling their claims. You’ll have strong communication skills, with the abilityto build great relationships based on integrity and trust. We take pride in our work and our purpose is to make our customers’ lives easier by logging to settling the claim right the first time.This will include:

  • Ensuring each customer feels valued and supported with their claim, providing them with personalised and accurate information based of your expertise and training.
  • Taking proactive measures and utilising available resources to ensure the best possible outcome for each customer, addressing their specific needs related to their accident or claim.
  • Respond promptly to calls reporting new motor claims, capturing their details with high quality, instructing the appropriate serviceproviders and managing the next steps of the claim journey
  • Staying composed and level-headed when faced with challenges, to effectively assist and support customers during their most critical moments of need.
